Strength Training

Muscles, the organ of longevity. We develop customised exercise plans to build muscle strength so that they do their job to provide you better support and stability, which is crucial for safe walking, standing, and transitioning between movements.

Proprioception

We utilise exercises to support your body's ability to sense its position in space so it can better maintain stability. Proprioception helps you react to changes in terrain or unexpected shifts in balance.

Balance

Our program includes balance exercises tailored to your needs and abilities by gradually increasing the difficulty level, we support you build the confidence to navigate in your enviroment.

Coordination

Coordination exercises support your ability to perform movements smoothly and efficiently. This may require activities to be broken down into components that are simple enough to be performed in dynamic environments.

Awareness

We educate you on strategies to minimise the risk of falls in your home and community, such as optimising the environment, using assistive devices properly, and recognising potential hazards. This knowledge empowers you to take proactive steps in everyday situations.
