Mobile Physiotherapist in Edithvale & Surrounds
At YouGo Physio, we ensure mobile physiotherapy is accessible regardless of how you’re funded. We accept NDIS, Support at Home, and private funding – and work with agency-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed NDIS participants. Whether you’re a participant, a family member, a support coordinator, or a case manager, we’ll guide you through the process and get care started without delay. No referral required.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funds physiotherapy as an allied health support under the Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living category. This covers therapy aimed at building functional capacity – including falls prevention, exercise programs, mobility support, assistive technology assessments, and progress reports for plan reviews.
As a registered NDIS provider, we accept agency-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants, and work closely with support coordinators, families, and carers to achieve outcomes aligned with your plan goals. We also prepare the progress reports and documentation needed for plan reviews.
Our mobile service removes the transport barrier entirely – we assess you in your home environment and build a treatment plan that maps directly to your NDIS goals. For participants focused on capacity building, we track and document functional improvements over time.
The Support at Home program (which replaced My Aged Care Home Care Packages from July 2025) funds allied health services including physiotherapy for eligible older Australians. YouGo Physio provides mobile physiotherapy under Support at Home across Melbourne’s south-east, helping clients maintain independence, improve mobility, and reduce falls risk – all in the comfort of their own home.
Common physiotherapy services accessed through Support at Home funding include falls prevention programs, pain management, tailored exercise programs, and post-operative rehabilitation after hip or knee surgery. We work with your case manager or home care provider to ensure therapy fits within your package budget and care plan.

For clients not covered by NDIS or Support at Home, YouGo Physio offers private mobile physiotherapy sessions across Melbourne’s south-east. We also accept GP referrals under Medicare chronic disease management (CDM) plans – if your GP has referred you for allied health services, contact us to confirm eligibility before booking.
Private sessions are available for a wide range of needs – from post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic pain management to personalised exercise programs for ongoing strength and mobility. Private health insurance rebates may apply depending on your fund and level of cover – contact us or your insurer to confirm.
